We are in the emergency department, Al-Shifa hospital. All of the cases are there. Unfortunately, we are unable to evacuate all of these injured people. A lot of them are in need of critical management in the ICU. Unfortunately, now they are stuck here in the emergency department. There is no capability to evacuate all of these cases in the emergency department. Actually, now we are talking about system collapse. We are unable to receive any more cases in the emergency department, which is now stuck without oxygen. A lot of cases are there. All of these cases now are managed at the emergency department, which is overwhelmed.. overwhelmed with cases. The problem is that all of these cases, or most of them, are in need of ICU management but unfortunately because there is no space in the ICU now they are continuing to be managed here in the emergency department. On the other hand, now the emergency department is unable to receive or to manage any of the new cases. The new cases now should be managed at the ground, as there is no space, no space in the emergency department. And now we are talking about system collapse. Now we are in a system collapse.
