Half of Gaza’s population is children. I mean the children are given priority, so it feels like we’re operating on to 75% children at the moment. These kids are tiny, they are underweight and malnourished. I mean it’s a really tragic state to be in. They have got such significant life changing wounds. Lots of them have lost limbs. They have disfiguring facial injuries and burns which is just catastrophic.
